For SUV house-calls, I pre-text the online intake and consent from Jane and pin my chart templates — , juggling paper on the passenger seat drives me nuts… It saves me about 8–10 minutes per stop and keeps SOAPs clean when I’m charting curbside; ‘practice management software’ helps here — here’s what I use: https://jane.app. Caveat: cell dead zones will burn you, so I cache PDFs offline just in case; anyone have a better offline workaround?
