I’ve been focusing on pediatric care in my practice, and I’ve found that using smaller, more flexible adjusting instruments makes a huge difference for young patients. I recently started employing a handheldActivator device, which allows for gentle adjustments tailored to kids. I’m curious to know what tools others are using in their practices that cater specifically to children and make adjustments easier and more effective.
I love using my Activator too; it’s super gentle for kids. Have you tried adjusting with a foam wedge? It really helps them feel secure.
And i’ve found that the little handheld tools really shine for kids, especially in those tricky spots. Using a soft, plush pillow helps them feel at ease during adjustments — like a security blanket but for their back! @hanna_gray92, have you incorporated any other comforting props into your sessions?
